Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor Mark is an FCA regulated adviser and has had a passion for property from an early age. He quickly understood the value of property as an asset to create long-term financial freedom. BCBH is the culmination of Mark’s over forty years of experience in the property and financial sectors, which he willingly shares with his clients. BCBH's mission statement is Making Things Happen, which is underpinned by Mark’s consistent belief in fairness and honesty in all his endeavours, values that help our clients achieve their property development and financial planning goals.
Simon Parsons
Sales and Marketing

Simon has collaborated with Mark Taylor for almost 20 years on many property and financial services projects in the UK and Europe. Simon’s background in sales and marketing and his former management career with some of the largest financial institutions in the UK adds value to the whole group, but more importantly, our clients.
Martin Freemantle

Martin brings over 30 years of senior management and operational excellence to the property development sector. With a strong background spanning retail operations and property development, Martin has a proven ability to lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and commercial success at every stage.
Specialising in project management, strategic planning, and operational delivery, Martin is known for a disciplined, detail driven approach combined with clear oversight of budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. Extensive experience managing complex developments enables informed decision making and consistent results across diverse projects.
Outside of professional commitments, Martin is family focused with three young children, bringing balance, long term perspective, and strong values to every venture.
Vanessa Taylor

Having joined Mark to work exclusively with BCBH, Vanessa brings a successful career spanning many years with one of the UK’s premier national house builders.
Beginning in home sales and progressing to the position of Regional Manager, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the housebuilding industry and the importance of delivering projects to schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for meticulous organisational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to bring teams together to achieve a shared vision and successful end result. These skills are central to the BCBH’s approach, ensuring developments are delivered efficiently, collaboratively, and with long-term value in mind for both partners and the people who ultimately call our homes their own.
